Helideck Offshore is a leading manufacturer of aluminum helidecks for the offshore oil industry in the world.

We supply aluminum pancakes, support structures and related equipment, such as lighting and fire suppression systems for offshore platforms and marine vessels for the oil industry. We also supply rooftop helipads for hospitals, office building and government building. We have supplied decks in the US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Singapore, Saudi Arabia and the UAE to name a few countries. We basically cover North America, Central/South America, Europe/Mediterranean, Africa, Middle East, and Asia. We are currently planning in expanding our business to Australia/Oceania.

Our package are delivered to our client on flat bed trucks, open top containers or by air. A typical helideck package requires two trucks or two open tops. We can ship a pancake structure anywhere in the world where allowed by US laws. We can also provide a turnkey package including support framing and installation in the US and Mexico through our partnership with reputable shipyards in Texas and Tampico.

A typical Helidex Package includes the following components:

• ASTM B221, 6005-T5 Aluminum Heliflex Pancake with or without aluminum sub-framing.
• Pre-fabricated and pre-assembled safety net aluminum safety net panels with related S.S. hardware.
• Tie downs and hardware.
• Aluminum stairs and railing and aluminum grating
• Perimeter Lights and floodlights consisting of Zone 1, Zone 2 or plain FAA compliant fixtures.
• Windcone and lighting control panel
• Marking Stencils and paint.

Additional helideck components are also supplied when requested by our clients:

• AFFF fire suppression system consisting of CAP 437 compliant foam stations or DIFFS systems.
• CAP 437 compliant crash/rescue equipment and personnel protective equipment
• CAP 437 compliant landing net and accessories.
• FAA compliant fuel water separators.
• FAA compliant heliport rotating beacons.
• FAA compliant radio controller/receivers.
• CAP 437 compliant Status light.

Support Structures:

Helidex also provides the engineering, manufacturing and construction of structures to support Helidex aluminum helidecks for both onshore and offshore installation. The helideck support structures are usually one of or a combination of the following:

• ASTM A36 or A50 plain, painted or galvanized steel structures.
• ASTM B221, 6061-T6 aluminum framing.

Steel structures are only supplied to our clients in the US and Mexico. Aluminum support structures are supplied to all our clients when requested.
